5 Fathom Dark Rum is fermented, distilled and barrel-aged in Port Williams, Nova Scotia from Maritime molasses. This rum is a true expression of Canada’s East coast with a subtle sweetness of molasses and the mellow earthiness of salted oak. It was awarded Gold with Distinction at the 2020 Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition for the Rum Category.
